GREETINGS OF THE CHRISTMAS SEASON TO ALL THE FRIENDS OF TANNER ROMANIA MISSION!
 Since our last newsletter, we've moved from a sweltering summer through a glorious autumn, to approach an uncertain winter. |  |
Always preparing for the future, we were able to purchase firewood with the help of a special donation from faithful folks in Alabama. So we split lots of wood, mostly by hand, but also by utilizing a hydraulic splitter which was donated by the Pro Vida organization, a huge blessing!
The blessings just kept on coming as our friends in Cumpulung paid for new flooring in the Casa Hannah hallway. We were able to distribute food to area families with occasional food bank deliveries. Plus, Mariana's relatives frequently supply us with extra treats. As the weather turned cooler, activities changed, concentrating more on the workshop. Below is just one of the many projects, supervised by Eithne from Italy; she is seen here with Bruce and Mirela ............................................................................................................

 Ciprian's mini-house projects are a delight to all who visit; among the visitors were Beatrice, Mick and Adrian from Ireland.......................... We try to keep close tabs on residents' health with monthly home visits by our family doctor and trips to the dentist in Tecuci every 4 weeks. To the right, Anca takes Maricica's blood pressure and Daniela shows off her new partial plate.................................................................. |    |
You can see that our mission depends as much as ever on donations from kind and faithful people from various nations. Over time some of those people have passed on or are no longer able to support the work to the degree that they have until now. So it is that we respectfully and prayerfully ask anyone who is able to continue, increase or initiate donating to this cause which I believe is still a worthy and God-ordained one. In Jesus name I personally wish you all a blessed Christmas and prosperous new year!
